1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • Have all original tags and packaging intact
  • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order

After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items (e.g., undergarments, earrings, face masks)
  • Customized or personalized items

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@afrophilians.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us for further help.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or product replacements (subject to stock availability).

If your preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing delays are possible.
  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, email us at info@afrophilians.com.
